How the payments works?

We will charge the tenant for one month plus the reservation fee. The other payments will be handled by the landlord

Featured houses are the first to go! To get your place at the top, we will charge you one time fee of 50 euros

If you have a property you would like to rent for 1 to 12 month you can list is with us and become a host

Once the reservation is confirmed we will send you all the information to contact your guest. You can always ask for more detail.

How to get paid?

The first payment of one month rent will be transferred the day the tenant will enter the property. You will have to take care of the deposit and the other rents
