Overlooking the Tagus River, Alcântara, an old industrial area of Lisbon, is today a district of contrasts, where the authenticity of the portuguese people blends with modernity. Connected by train and several buses, just a 15-minute walk to the banks of the Tagus River or LxFactory.
A few minutes walk there are buses to the south bank of the Tagus River, with its typical restaurants and famous beaches , like Costa da Caparica and Arrábida.

## Transit

The apartment is an 8-minute walk from Alcantara-Terra train station and 15 minutes by bus from Belém, with its historical monuments and the famous “pastel de nata”.
Alcântara – Av. de Ceuta bus station, which serves bus lines 713, 751, and 756, is right down the apartment street, as well as the buses to the south bank of the Tagus River.
